The tools

The tools are provided free of charge, as they are, without warranty of any kind. We work hard to parse each format correctly, but file formats change without notice and exports vary between app versions. Check results that matter before relying on them, and keep your original files.

Your files

You keep all rights to your files and to anything the tools produce from them. Because processing happens on your device, we never receive, store or claim any rights over your content.

Acceptable use

Use the tools only on files you have the right to open. Do not use them to infringe anyone's rights or to break the terms of the service the file came from.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the tools, including inaccurate output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing.

Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit, TikTok, Snapchat, Telegram, Procreate, Clip Studio Paint and other names are trademarks of their owners. opnd is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
